The process begins with hand cutting of the finest fabric in the world, checking all patterns to match collar, center-back, sleeves, and pocket flaps. This is only done on the highest quality of clothing. Guided by expert hands the chalk marks the application points of pockets. During this phase the soul of the jacket comes alive. The camelhair is carefully trimmed to facilitate the stitching of the edges. Needle, thread and expert hands are used in the traditional craft in the building of the jacket. All materials are trimmed carefully to ensure the comfort of the garment. Unremitting attention to the smallest details denotes exquisite workmanship. A touch of class is insured with functioning hand sewn button holes.
